The main advantage of this investment is, that it gives small investors access to the professionally managed, diversified portfolios of Equities, Bonds and other securities, which would be quite impossible with small amount of capital.

There are various options in Mutual Fund,

i)SIP (Systematic Investment Plan):- Gives you the opportunity to invest into Mutual Fund with minimum of Rs.500/- in specific time intervals, which helps you in Rupee Cost Averaging, and make you disciplined Investor.

SIP is the best tool to plan long term objectives like your Retirement, Children Education, Children marriage, Retirement Planning etc.

iii)STP (Systematic Transfer Plan):- Helps you to transfer / Shift from one Fund to another Fund on regular basis.

iv)Trigger Option: - Helps to set your future value Trigger for booking profit in the form of appreciation.

2)Structure Products:- Vamika offers Structure products with specific ticket size and for the HNI / NRI investors who are interested in tailor made product to satisfy their returns needs. Structured products are designed to facilitate highly customized risk-return objectives. This is accomplished by taking a traditional security, such as a conventional bond, and replacing the usual payment features (e.g. periodic coupons and final principal) with non-traditional payoffs derived not from the issuer's own cash flow, but from the performance of one or more underlying assets.

The payoffs from these performance outcomes are contingent in the sense that if the underlying assets return "x," then the structured product pays out "y." This means that structured products closely relate to traditional model of option pricing. Though they may also contain other derivative types such as SWAPS, forwards and Futures, as well as embedded features such as leveraged upside participation or downside buffers.

Structured products originally became popular in Europe and have gained currency in the U.S., where they are frequently offered as SEC-registered products, which means they are accessible to retail investors in the same way as stocks, bonds, Exchange traded Funds, and mutual funds. Their ability to offer customized exposure, including to otherwise hard-to-reach asset classes and subclasses, makes structured products useful as a complement to these other traditional components of diversified portfolios

3)TRADING & DEMAT Accounts: -

i)Demat & Trading A/c (Cash on BSE & NSE)

ii)Commodity Trading:-

iii)Currency Derivatives (NSE & MCX – SX)

4)Private Equity: -

Vamika offers Private Equity products with variable ticket size. Private Equity is the Equity Capital that has not quoted on a Public Exchange. Private Equity consists of investors and funds that make investments directly into private companies or conduct buyouts of public companies. Capital for private equity is raised from retail and institutional investors, and can be used to fund new technologies, expand working capital within an owned company, make acquisitions, or to strengthen a balance sheet.
The majority of private equity consists of institutional investors and accredited investors who can commit large sums of money for long periods of time. Private equity investments often demand long holding periods to allow for a turnaround of a distressed company or a liquidity event such as an IPO or sale to a public company

5)Financial Planning: -

Vamika offers Financial Planning. Financial Planning is an Art of making decisions about investment mix and policy, matching investments to objectives, asset allocation for individuals and institutions, and balancing risk against performance.

Financial Planning is all about strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the choice of debt vs. equity, domestic vs. international, growth vs. safety, and many other tradeoffs encountered in the attempt to maximize return at a given appetite for risk.

6)National Pension Scheme / Retirement Planning: -
